Here at Distribution-Publications, Inc. (DPI) we are committed to providing uninterrupted service to our members. The Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) presents new challenges, but we will meet them.

All our employees are now telecommuters. We are getting 100% of work done every day and observing our normal business hours. We plan to continue this through December 31, 2020. Our tariff databases and web servers are all working normally and are well supported by our IT team. We recently completed an infrastructure upgrade to our network that is working very well. It provides a 100 MB fiber AT&T dedicated internet connection and a new VoIP phone system designed for telecommuters. Calls made to our offices are directly forwarded; all voicemails are also saved as email.

By this message we can also confirm there is no change to the regulations of the U.S. Federal Maritime Commission (FMC). Many of FMC's staff are now working remotely, but we continue to have excellent communication with them. FMC's processing of service contracts, tariffs, registrations and licenses continues normally. FMC announced March 25 it will hold all meetings via phone, e-mail, and other platforms that allow for reduced in-person contact.
